Hi Everyone, Im hoping for help but I am aware that in this world you never get anything for nothing. But what I would like is someone to buy my businesses. Im totally broke paying debts I have 4 Children a husband that works really hard for not much money and Im working 7 days a week trying to pay bills that I have no one else to blame for having other than myself.
I own a Clothing store and a Sewing store, I love my shops and I love the people that are my customers, but I have No idea how to run it to make a profit. I keep falling into traps with other peoples ideas on the internet that just cost me more money.
The location of my shops is in a beautiful beach side town in NSW. So you have country with the mountains and rivers and you have the beaches. Great lifestyle.
I dont want to move away I just want to be out of debt and be home some afternoons when mt children get home from school, I want to watch the midday shows on TV like Days of Our Lives. I have never been able to watch them because I have always worked. If my shops were making money then I could have a day off but they really struggle in a small town and locals do what they can but this isnt a high income area, but the hoilday time are great everyone from the cities come.
It's not to bad the taking arent that bad if I didnt borrow to go into the shops then maybe they would be fine. (What was I thinking). I run my shops at a loss for tax and then if you go to sell them you need to show a profit to get any money and then you just pay more tax and the money that the brkers want for selling them just means I get nothing... Thats ok but I need the money for the debt Im happy to work I just would like weekends...3 boys and 1 girl. I want to go and see things at school.
I have at least $50,000 in stock
and need $180,000 for my shops to get out of debt. It could be perfect opportunity for someone or a family.
Clothing Shop and they could get there mum to work in the sewing shop.
Someone out there please think about it. A nice quite lifestyle in a beautiful beachside town in Australia. If anything just as an investment I will work for you but have weekend staff, so I can have time off every now and then.
